Lowndes Advocacy Resource Center Inc (LARC) began in the late 1960s through the dedication of parents and educators advocating for services for adults with developmental disabilities. Over the years, LARC has evolved from a Sheltered Workshop into a comprehensive support agency, now serving over 140 individuals.
