Lower Merion Conservancy

Our Story

The Lower Merion Conservancy, established in September 1995, emerged from the merger of the Lower Merion-Narberth Watershed Association and the Lower Merion Preservation Trust. This organization has a rich history of community involvement in conservation efforts, dating back to the 1970s with stream improvement projects led by Dr. Arthur Wolfe. Today, it focuses on advocating for policies and projects that align with the community's vision for sustainable management of environmental and historic resources.
