Our Story

Founded in 1991 by members of Lower Lights Community Church, Lower Lights Ministries began by addressing emergency needs in the Franklinton area, such as food and clothing. Over the years, it has evolved into a holistic community development organization focused on breaking cycles of poverty and addiction through supportive housing, mentoring, and community programs.

Impact

Last year, Lower Lights Ministries housed 60 individuals, impacted 44 children through programming, and served 4,090 meals, demonstrating its commitment to community support and development.
