Our Story
Founded in 2009 by Mary and Austin Solenberg, Lovesick Ministries Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to serving the underprivileged in Southwest Oklahoma. With a Jesus-centered vision, this grassroots initiative began in Olson Park, where a small team of volunteers provided free home-cooked meals, clothing, and faith-based fellowship to those in need. Despite the challenges of outdoor ministry, the commitment to serve remained unwavering.
In 2013, Lovesick Ministries relocated to a 10,000 sq. foot industrial warehouse in downtown Lawton, which became the permanent home for their growing outreach. The ministry expanded to include worship services, outreach programs, and a food pantry in partnership with Feed the Children and The Kaleo Foundation. In 2022, a satellite location was opened in Duncan, Oklahoma, further extending the reach of their mission.
