Our Story

Founded in 2005 by Mimi Nikkel, a courageous survivor of childhood sexual abuse and trafficking, Love's Arm Outreach Ministries is dedicated to providing hope and healing to women in need. After leading Bible studies with incarcerated survivors, Mimi recognized the urgent need for support among those still on the streets. This inspired her to create a safe haven for women seeking recovery and restoration. Officially established as a nonprofit in 2015, Love's Arm opened its first holistic recovery residence in 2018, offering a nurturing environment for women to rebuild their lives.
