About Lovelane Special Needs Horseback Riding Program

Founded in 1988 by Occupational Therapist Debby Sabin, Lovelane Special Needs Horseback Riding Program began with just five riders and three borrowed horses. Over the years, the program has expanded significantly, moving to a dedicated facility designed for children with special needs. Today, Lovelane serves 152 students weekly, offering both mounted and unmounted therapeutic riding sessions with the support of 215 dedicated volunteers.
