The general purpose of the Corporation is to receive and accept property to be administered exclusively for charitable purposes (as hereinafter defined), which shall include, but shall not be limited to, providing education and support services to student athletes, focusing on mental health issues inherent in collegiate athletics; educating the public regarding mental health concerns regarding collegiate athletes; as well as distributing funds for such purposes to qualified charitable organizations.
