Our Story
In 2007, founder Brad Corrigan's life changed forever during a visit to La Chureca, Nicaragua's largest trash dump. There, he met Ileana, a young girl whose laughter and spirit inspired the creation of Love Light + Melody. This organization aims to provide opportunities for children to thrive through education, music, art, and sports, building a global community of supporters dedicated to amplifying the stories of vulnerable children.
Impact
Since its inception, Love Light + Melody has served 3,784 students and founded Ileana’s School of Hope, awarding 375 scholarships that empower many to become the first in their families to graduate high school or university.
