Founded in 2012, Love and Second Chances connects the public to the rescue community, focusing on saving death-row, abused, and neglected dogs. Inspired by personal experiences with stray dogs in Taiwan, the organization operates without a physical shelter, relying on a network of dedicated foster homes and volunteers to care for dogs until they find their forever homes.
