Our Story
Founded in 2009 by Christy Martinez-Garcia and Frank Garcia, Los Hermanos Familia began with a simple fishing event inspired by a heartfelt request from Frank's father. This event aimed to unite families and has since blossomed into a vibrant organization dedicated to community engagement.
Impact
Since 2014, over $32,500 in scholarships have been awarded through the Adelante Awards, significantly enhancing family engagement and community involvement in underserved areas of West Texas.
