Our Story
Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is a fellowship dedicated to helping individuals from all walks of life overcome compulsive eating issues, including obesity, anorexia, and bulimia. Modeled after the Twelve-Step program of Alcoholics Anonymous, OA emphasizes a holistic approach to recovery, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. With approximately 8,500 meeting groups across over 50 countries, OA fosters self-support through contributions and the sale of recovery literature.
