Los Amigos de la Comunidad is dedicated to increasing the capacity of underserved communities in the Imperial Valley and surrounding regions facing socio-economic and environmental injustices. By emphasizing advocacy, civic engagement, and resource access, the organization builds capacity from the ground up.

Impact

Through successful partnerships with medical providers, Los Amigos has ensured accessibility to Covid vaccines and secured an $89K outreach grant to address community concerns regarding Lithium Valley development.
