Los Alamos School of Gymnastics

Our Story

Los Alamos School of Gymnastics (LASG) has been a cornerstone of youth development in Los Alamos since 1976. Under the dedicated leadership of Loui Janecky, who has devoted over 40 years to the organization, LASG offers a nurturing environment where children learn gymnastics while developing essential life skills. The organization provides a range of programs, including competitive gymnastics for both boys and girls, recreational classes, and after-school care, all designed to promote personal growth and a sense of community.

Impact

Over the years, LASG has positively impacted thousands of children in New Mexico, helping them build balance, coordination, and mental resilience through gymnastics. Each year, more than a dozen girls proudly represent LASG in state and regional competitions, reflecting the organization's commitment to excellence.
