Lord’s Compassion Ministry

Our Story

Lord’s Compassion Ministry began as a grassroots initiative led by Lufafa Emmanuel, a dedicated nurse and pastor from Uganda. Witnessing the dire need for accessible healthcare in the impoverished community of Mafubira, Lufafa partnered with Jazmen D. in December 2014 to establish this nonprofit organization, officially recognized as a 501(c)(3) in January 2017. Operated entirely by volunteers, LCM is committed to uplifting children and families in need.

Impact

Since its inception, LCM has made significant strides in improving the lives of children in Mafubira and Buluuta. Thanks to generous supporters, 37 children now attend school in Mafubira, 35 in Buluuta, and 40 children receive care at our children’s home. Over the past two years, many children have overcome extreme poverty and malnutrition.
