Founded in 2005 by Dr. Jerry Higgins and Dr. Celeste Broyles, the Long Island Coalition for Life Educational Trust Fund is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to preventing cruelty to children and handicapped persons. This all-volunteer group engages in educational and charitable activities to promote respect for innocent human life, particularly for the vulnerable and disadvantaged.
