Our Story

Long Beach Community Table is a nonprofit cooperative founded in 2018, dedicated to fostering sustainable support for food and housing-insecure residents in the greater Long Beach area. This organization emphasizes dignity and compassion, operating as a mutual aid cooperative where volunteers and recipients share in the effort and benefits.

Our Impact

LBCT distributes over 30,000 lbs. of groceries and fresh produce weekly to more than 3,000 individuals, including homeless individuals, low-income families, and seniors. Additionally, LBCT builds urban gardens and provides educational resources for self-sufficiency.
