LONE STAR FAMILIES FOUNDATION

The purpose of the Lone Star Families Foundation (the Foundation) is to provide financial assistance to employees of 1155 Distributor Partners, LLC, d/b/a Lone Star Electrical Supplies, a Texas limited liability company and its subsidiaries (the Company). The Foundation shall strive to accomplish that purpose by: (i) encouraging employees and other entities to voluntarily support the Foundation, (ii) providing a mechanism for such support and (iii) providing aid and support to eligible employees in the form of hardship grants.
