Our Story
The Lodi House was established in 2000 by Annette Murdaca and Nancy Watts, who identified a critical need for shelter for homeless women and children in Lodi. With the support of the community, they formed a task force to create a safe haven for those in need. Over the years, Lodi House has expanded its programs and facilities, including the opening of a thrift store to generate revenue and the acquisition of transitional housing units.
Impact
Since its inception, Lodi House has empowered over 1,000 women and children to achieve self-sufficiency and lead courageous, healthy, and independent lives.
