Founded in 2016, Local Circles empowers young people to lead their own research on pressing social issues. Engaging 154 youth, the organization focuses on topics such as interpersonal stereotyping, bias, police interaction, financial literacy, and mental health. As the founder transitions overseas, the Youth-Led Research Program will continue under the coalition 482Forward, ensuring ongoing youth leadership and community engagement.
