Our Story

Founded in 2005 by Mike and Deena Van’t Hul, Hidden Treasures China began as a sanctuary for orphaned children with significant special needs in a small village in rural China. Over the years, the organization has expanded to include a school for children with special needs, a school for children without special needs, and a home for single mothers and their children. The core message is simple: as members of God’s family, there is a responsibility to care for orphans and widows as our own. This embodies justice and love.
