LIVINGSTON ROBOTICS CLUB INC

Livingston Robotics Club purposes and missions are: To create a town-wide, community-based organization to introduce and educate K-12 youth in Livingston and its surrounding area within the state of New Jersey about robotics design, real-life science and engineering and related activities and studies, and provide them the opportunity to display their education and talents by participating in competitive and demonstrative events involving robotics. To increase youth interests in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) in students by engaging them in project-based programs organized by networks of volunteer mentors and educators, to build these academic skills, encourage innovative and out-of-the-box thinking, and foster well-rounded life learning skills such as self-confidence, time management, communication, teamwork and leadership. To provide a network of support between mentors, coaches, parents, teachers and students to share experiences, exchange ideas, and collaborate.
