The Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) was established in 1947 as Ventura County’s first home health care agency. Renamed to honor Dr. William R. Livingston, this 501c3 nonprofit has evolved to provide essential services including home health, hospice, palliative care, and grief support. Over the decades, the VNA has adapted to community needs, overcoming financial challenges and expanding its services to ensure that all residents receive the care they deserve.
