Founded in 1973, Casa Familiar is a community-based organization dedicated to serving the residents of South San Diego County. Originally established as Trabajadores de la Raza in 1968, Casa has evolved to meet the diverse needs of its community, providing over 40 bilingual programs and services across six sites. This adaptability allows Casa to address the changing needs of predominantly low-income clients, ensuring that advocacy and community development remain at the forefront of its mission.
