Our Story

The Living at Home Network was established in 1981 in St. Paul, Minnesota, to address the fragmented services available for elders. Community residents united to create a program model that coordinates volunteers and health professionals, enabling older neighbors to safely remain in their homes. This model has expanded across Minnesota, with 32 community-held programs driven by residents dedicated to aging well.

Impact

Each year, Minnesotans benefit from 32 nonprofit programs that foster neighbor-to-neighbor connections, ensuring older adults stay healthy and safe at home.
