Our Story

Little Wishes grants the immediate and ongoing wishes of chronically and critically ill, hospitalized children, easing their discomfort and bringing them moments of joy. Founded in the San Francisco Bay Area, Little Wishes now serves 39 hospitals in 23 states, with over 80 hospitals on a waitlist hoping to grant wishes to their patients.

Little Wishes has granted over 30,122 wishes, providing children with a sense of control and joy during their medical journeys, helping to replace anxiety, pain, and fear with hope and comfort.
