Little Smiles was founded by Paul 'Chip' Donohue after witnessing a young girl in a children's hospital share her gifts with other patients. This inspiring moment led to the creation of 'Videos for Kids', which evolved into Little Smiles, dedicated to bringing joy to children facing serious illnesses and trauma. Since 1998, the organization has expanded its reach to multiple hospitals and shelters in the tri-state area.
