In 1972, two determined mothers, Marcia Mitchell and Sheryl Poole, recognized a critical gap in early intervention services for children with visual impairments. Fueled by faith and a vision, they co-founded the Little Light House, a beacon of hope for families in need. Marcia chronicled this journey in her book, Milestones & Miracles, and dedicated over 40 years as the Executive Director, ensuring that the organization operated on Biblical principles. Today, the Little Light House continues to glorify God through its mission.
