Our Story

Capitol Hill Little League (CHLL) was founded in 2011 by dedicated parents aiming to provide children in Washington, D.C. with opportunities to play baseball and softball. The league emphasizes good sportsmanship, confidence, and responsibility, and is entirely volunteer-run, with hundreds of community members contributing as coaches, umpires, and board members.

Impact

In the summer of 2024, CHLL proudly supported seven tournament teams, with remarkable achievements including three DC State Championships in baseball and a runner-up finish in the Little League Mid-Atlantic Regional Tournament. These accomplishments highlight the league's commitment to youth development and community engagement.
