Our Story

Established in 1965, Little Friends began as a school for children with special needs, founded by dedicated teachers, parents, and advocates. Over the years, it has evolved into a comprehensive human services agency, offering a wide range of programs for children and adults with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and social emotional needs. Today, Little Friends serves individuals and families across nine counties and over 50 school districts in Illinois.
