Our Story

Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly (LBFE) is a dedicated non-profit organization that has been committed to alleviating isolation and loneliness among the elderly since its inception in the mid-1900s. Founded by Armand Marquiset in France, LBFE's mission in Greater Cincinnati began in 1996. With a strong volunteer base, LBFE serves hundreds of elderly individuals through outreach programs designed to enhance their quality of life. Headquartered near Mt. Airy Forest, the Cincinnati chapter reaches over 90 communities across Hamilton and Clermont counties, assisting more than 450 elderly individuals in various ways.
