Our Story

Little Bottoms Free Store opened in March 2019 with a vision of creating a community where neighbors come together to support families. This organization provides free diapers, wipes, baby clothes, books, coats, and baby gear to parents and families with children aged 0-3 years. Born from a desire to assist at-risk families on the Westside of Columbus, Little Bottoms addresses critical social determinants of health that impact families and contribute to elevated infant mortality rates.

Our Impact

In 2022, Little Bottoms distributed nearly 76,000 diapers, 12,000 outfits, and over 2,000 packs of wipes to more than 1,300 children. An estimated 20-25% of Columbus families with children under three years old who live below the poverty line have utilized our services since our inception.
