Our Story
Established in 1979, the Ateitis Foundation serves as a vital home base for the Lithuanian Catholic Association 'Ateitis.' Following World War II, this association formed chapters across the globe, particularly in the United States, Canada, Europe, South America, and Australia. The foundation was created to raise funds for a dedicated facility in the Chicago area, which was successfully purchased in 1979 and is now known as Ateitininkų Namai. This center acts as a hub for various Lithuanian-American organizations, hosting numerous activities that focus on faith, heritage, and community engagement.
