Established in 1969, this organization builds on the legacy of Lions Clubs, providing essential vision health services such as free health screenings, affordable eye surgeries, low vision equipment, and hearing aids. The mission is to create a vibrant community where preventable blindness is eliminated, ensuring that those affected have the resources necessary to lead fulfilling lives.

In the 2022 fiscal year, Lions Vision Services served 612 individuals, achieving a remarkable 58% increase in quality of life for clients. Additionally, 75% of clients passed DMV vision tests as a direct result of the services provided.
