About Limelight Theatre Company

Founded in the summer of 2000, Limelight Theatre Company emerged from a community need for a quality youth theatre program in Oswego. What began with a dozen middle-school children writing their own plays has blossomed into a vibrant organization with over a hundred participants of all ages, all tapping into their creativity and sharing their talents.

Impact of Limelight

With year-round programming that includes up to 15 different productions each year, Limelight offers a variety of performances ranging from comedies and dramas to musicals and touring productions that align with academic curriculum. Instructional classes and camps further enrich the community's engagement with the arts.
