Founded in January 1953, the Lima Symphony Orchestra began its journey with Lawrence Burkhalter as the first conductor. Since its debut in May 1954, the LSO has expanded its concert series and educational programs, enriching the community with diverse musical experiences under the guidance of current Music Director Andrew Crust.
