Our Story

Lillie L. Rice, a member of a pioneer Colville family, dedicated her life to advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities. In 1960, her daughter, Mrs. Jess Webb, helped establish an activity center, serving as its volunteer director for four years. The center was formally incorporated as a nonprofit in 1966, honoring Lillie Rice's commitment to the welfare of those with disabilities.
