Our Story
Founded in November 1972 by ten dedicated women, the Lilburn Woman's Club has grown into a vibrant community organization with over 50 members. With a commitment to 'Community Concern,' the Club received its charter from the Georgia Federation of Women's Clubs in March 1973 and from the General Federation of Women's Clubs in January 1974. The Lilburn Woman's Club is a proud 501c3 non-profit organization.
Community Impact
In 2023, the Lilburn Woman's Club made a significant impact with 58 members contributing 17,000 volunteer hours. The organization donated $14,000 and invested $53,000 in gifts-in-kind to support local initiatives. Notable achievements include awarding $3,000 in scholarships, donating 1,400 dictionaries to third graders, and providing 1,950 U.S. Constitutions to eighth graders. The Club also supported CARE Teams in 13 schools with $5,250 in donations and provided holiday gifts to over 30 local children in need.
