Our Story

Lighthouse Ranch for Boys was founded in March 1979 by Jim and Lovella Yohe. Nestled on a 40-acre site in Southeast Louisiana, the Ranch provides a safe haven for boys aged 12 to 17 who have faced abuse, neglect, and troubled home lives. Over the years, more than 1,000 boys have found hope and healing through its dedicated programs.
