Our Story
Founded in 1981 by Don Brown, the Life Sciences Research Foundation (LSRF) emerged from a vision to foster collaboration in biology and train exceptional biologists. Over the decades, LSRF has evolved from relying on for-profit sponsors to a diverse funding base that includes not-for-profit foundations and private individuals.
