Our Story
Founded in 1907 by a dedicated pastor of the Kansas Conference of the Free Methodist Church, Life Line Homes has a rich history of providing refuge for abandoned infants and homeless children. For over seventy years, this organization served as an orphanage, adoption agency, and temporary residence for teens in need. Although the original home closed in 1981 due to deterioration, the mission to support vulnerable youth remained steadfast. The Board of Directors established a permanent endowment fund using proceeds from the property sale and generous estate gifts, ensuring that the legacy of compassion continues.
