Our Story

LIDERAMOS was established to enhance and initiate programs that prepare Latinos for leadership roles. By providing culturally-centered leadership training and support, the organization recognizes the potential of Latinos as the largest and youngest minority in the U.S.

Impact

Every year, approximately 3,500 Latinos participate in LIDERAMOS leadership programs. This initiative aims to prepare a critical mass of Latino leaders to guide their communities and the nation forward.
