Our Story

In the spring of 1979, a dedicated group of parents, led by Pastor Don McMillan of First Baptist Church in Richland, envisioned a Christian school for the Tri-Cities area. Liberty Christian School opened its doors in the fall of 1980 with around eighty students under the guidance of Mr. Dale Phillips, the first principal. Over the years, the school has grown, moving from various church locations to its own building in 2000, all while maintaining a commitment to academic excellence and a nurturing environment.

Impact

Liberty Christian School has successfully fostered a nurturing environment for students, maintaining an enrollment of 380 to 410 students, even amidst economic challenges.
