LGBTQ Senior Housing Inc. began in 2015 as a dedicated Task Force, addressing the urgent need for safe and inclusive affordable housing for LGBTQ seniors. In 2018, the organization was officially incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The Pryde, our first community, is currently being developed in Boston, Massachusetts, and will be the first LGBTQ-friendly affordable senior housing development in New England.
The Pryde will provide 74 units of affordable housing, creating a vibrant and engaging environment that meets the significant unmet needs of LGBTQ seniors for safe and inclusive living.
