Leveraging Local Leaders (L3) is dedicated to identifying, recruiting, and training a diverse group of citizen leaders in Colorado. By equipping them with the necessary tools and mentorship, L3 empowers these individuals to run for office and engage meaningfully in local politics, ultimately strengthening communities.
Since its inception, L3 has successfully trained 38 individuals across four cohorts from 2021 to 2024. Many graduates are poised to run for office, with five already elected and four leading successful citizen initiatives.
