Our Story

Lettuce Work was founded by Doug and Julie Sharp, inspired by their son Daniel, who was diagnosed with Autism at a young age. Recognizing the limited opportunities available for individuals with disabilities, they established Lettuce Work as a nonprofit social enterprise. The mission is to provide young adults with autism a chance to gain work experience, develop job skills, and enhance their social and communication abilities in a supportive environment.
