Our Story

Lend A Hand Up is a nonprofit program founded in February 2008, dedicated to raising financial help and hope for local families facing health issues and trauma. As a 501(c)(3) subsidiary of the Dakota Medical Foundation, it has successfully raised $23 million for over 750 families in Cass County, North Dakota, and Clay and Becker Counties in Minnesota.
