In 2023, the LHS Symphonic Band achieved first place at The Midwest Music Festival and showcased their talent at the Music for All National Festival in Indianapolis. The LHS Marching Band had the honor of participating in The Parade of Bands at Disney World, while the Winter Color Guard earned the title of Midwest Color Guard Circuit Champions.
