Our Story

Founded in 2014, Legion Alpha was established in response to the alarming rise in violence against Jews in the United States. As the first nonprofit dedicated to self-defense training for Jews and their allies, Legion Alpha has grown to become the largest organized group of Jews training in Krav Maga outside of the IDF, with thousands of graduates and chapters across the U.S. and internationally.

Legion Alpha has successfully trained thousands in self-defense, situational awareness, and emergency response, significantly enhancing the safety and empowerment of the Jewish community.
