Our Story
Founded in 1995 by Catherine Kennedy, Leeway is Connecticut’s first and only free-standing skilled nursing center dedicated to individuals living with HIV/AIDS. This organization is committed to maximizing the quality of life for those affected through innovative healthcare initiatives and comprehensive case management.
