Our Story

Founded in 1980 by Pauline S. Krug, Learning About Business Inc. (LAB) was born from a vision to provide high school students with an exceptional business education experience. Inspired by a program at Wabash College, LAB Week was first offered at no cost to 50 students, facilitated by local business professionals at Lake Erie College. Over the years, LAB has grown to impact over 2300 students from more than 30 area high schools, fostering a deep understanding of the free-enterprise system.
